Parlad Gurung, Director/President

Pastor Parlad Gurung serves as the President and Executive Director of the ROHI Global Mission Agency — the mission arm of the Ray of Hope International Church. He has held this role since December 2020.

Additionally, Pastor Parlad serves as a senior pastor of Ray of Hope Church in Western Massachusetts. Also, for the past decade, he has been ministering among Nepali-speaking communities across the United States, Canada, Nepal & India.

His dynamic leadership style has helped the Nepali churches to be stable in the States while encouraging believers to contribute toward God's eternal project - mission.

Pratap Gurung, **Secretary**

Pratap Gurung is a cornerstone of the ROHI Global Mission team, serving as Secretary since the summer of 2023. In this role, he's the glue that holds everything together, ensuring meetings run smoothly and records are kept in order.
With over ten years of experience in ministry and various roles within ROHI Ministries, Pratap brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He earned his Associate Degree in Accounting from Georgia Piedmont Technical College in 2018, giving him a solid understanding of financial matters and strategic planning.
Beyond his official duties, Pratap is deeply involved in mentoring youth, driving strategic initiatives, and nurturing leadership within the Ray of Churches community across the US. His dedication and leadership have been instrumental in guiding ROHI Global Mission forward.
Pratap Gurung's commitment to the mission and his ability to get things done make him an invaluable asset to the team, shaping the organization's path towards greater impact and success.

Kamal Rizal, **Treasurer**

Kamal Rizal leads the teams responsible for ROHI Global Mission's (RGM) Finance and Accounting functions. As Chief Financial Officer, Kamal oversees RGM's finances and corporate strategy. In his role, Kamal helps maximize RGM's resources to get more funding and maintain its position as a leader in financial transparency and efficiency. He also serves as Treasurer of the RGM's Board of Directors.
Kamal got his bachelor's and master’s in accounting-taxation from Boise State University in 2018. Following that, he worked as a tax professional for a year at a public accounting firm before the Lord called him to pursue a seminary education in 2019. Kamal is also currently a Master's student at Talbot School of Theology in La Mirada, CA pursuing his MA in Theology.

Bikash Gurung, Strategic Planner

Bikash Gurung, previously serving as ROHI Global Mission's secretary since 2021, has recently transitioned to the role of Strategic Planner within the organization. With a decade of ministry experience and a track record of success in areas such as youth mentoring, strategic planning, and leadership development, Bikash is well-equipped to drive ROHI's future initiatives.

His expertise lies in crafting and executing strategic plans to ensure ROHI's continued growth and impact. Collaborating closely with the organization's leadership team, Bikash plays a pivotal role in charting the course for ROHI's mission and vision. His contributions are key to fostering organizational effectiveness and driving meaningful change within the communities served by ROHI Global Mission.
